Your Role: Craft and lead a dynamic education program to nurture and develop each child in your group. Collaborate with our passionate Centre Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members to foster a loving environment for children and families. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a lively, educational experience every day. Support, Mentor and inspire the room’s educators to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice. Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, families, children and the wider community. Share passion and enthusiasm for creating educational, interesting and inviting play spaces, linking to the curriculum. Key Requirements: A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent, recognized by ACECQA. Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, skilled in VEYLF, EYLF, and NQF. Senior first aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications. Victorian Institute of Teaching registration (VIT). Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia. Why Nino ELA?
