Apply Permanent role Be the primary liaison between delivery squad, customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency from discovery to release Own and prioritise the backlog for digital customer experience in motor sales, consisting of a mix of business priorities, feature enhancements, A/B testing, application health and incident management. Sydney (preferred) / Melbourne / Brisbane / Adelaide location (hybrid, 50% office / 50% work from home) The Product Owner, Digital Sales Experience, Motor, plays a critical role in delivering 'world leading' customer experiences. Virtually leading a dedicated cross-functional delivery team whilst responsible for maintaining the squad vision, defining business requirements, prioritising work, overseeing delivery and implementation. The Product Owner is accountable for overseeing the enhancement pipeline, system maintenance, and performance/effectiveness of business critical digital assets (Digital Sales), enabling an exceptional digital experience within the Motor Insurance business. Responsibilities will include (not limited to): Lead a cross-functional Digital squad within Motor Transformation & Enablement (Motor Tribe), ensuring the squad is focused and enabled to deliver Digital experiences aligned to the Motor Insurance strategic objectives Accountable for ensuring successful delivery and implementation of solutions including analysis, discovery, appropriate acceptance criteria, testing practices (UAT/PVT) and release day activities Maximising the value of the work delivered by the squad, ensuring the squad is enabled and empowered to design and deliver effective, high-value Digital customer experiences Accountable for prioritising the squad backlog with consideration to business objectives, market research, customer needs, regulatory and risk obligations Gather, analyse and refine requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, squad and broader project team. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in working with web applications and knowledge of APIs Minimum 3 years in insurance and/or financial services experience in Digital Sales or Digital Products Minimum 3 years' experience in the Digital Domain (Digital Sales, Design/UX, Conversion, and digital best practices) Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Customer experience management and delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholder.
