The Role Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing and lead a team of appointment setters / outbound sales consultants Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement Coaching, Live-coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance B2B Sales, generating revenue in the SMB market Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients CRM data management for effective lead generation About You To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following: Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment ideally in outbound sales Proven ability to manage and motivate your team Exceptional communication skills Be pro-active, personable and highly motivated The ability to work autonomously Proficiency in MS Office suite and call centre software (e.g., CRM systems) We will ensure you have access to coaching and mentoring for personal development and support your long-term career goals We pride ourselves in having a fun and dynamic culture and want our people to be a part of our growing success
