We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Virtual Services Sales Representative and drive revenue growth from our existing customer base and partners. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will report into the Sales Support Team Leader Services. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop and maintain relationships to grow services revenue Deploy sales activities remotely (e.g., phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media etc.) Create and execute a Commercial Action Plan for business growth Educate customers on service offers and benefits Manage and develop a sales pipeline Manage and develop accounts by proposing tailored solutions Utilize digital platforms for sales and engagement About you You are passionate about digital solutions, have great commercial acumen, you love dealing with stakeholders locally and globally, and you want to make an impact to the business. As the nature of communication is fluid and increasingly important in today’s business environment, the role requires an adaptive and agile approach. It also requires an ethical consideration of the brand values, essence, and mission. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful: Experience with Virtual or Outside Sales Trade or Engineering background preferred Good sales orientation, customer focus, and communication skills Nice to have organizational skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities Technical knowledge in energy distribution systems, UPSs, and familiarity with Schneider Electric products, coupled with great prioritization and interpersonal skills At Schneider Electric your career will be meaningful and inclusive, and you will be empowered.
