Job Description KPMG has exciting opportunities for senior sales professionals to join the Consulting Sales Hub as the Solution Sales Lead for the Financial Services Industry which includes a focus on the Banking & Capital Market, Insurance, Asset and Wealth Management and Private Equity sectors. The Consulting Sales Hub is responsible for sales for KPMG’s market leading solutions which bring together our advisory and technology capabilities in the form of solutions which help our clients to achieve business transformation. The role of the Solution Sales Lead is to work with client partners and industry business development executives to build a pipeline Solution based opportunities with a primary focus on Connected, and to hold a personal sales target for pursuing and closing sales. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and will own a team target and a personal target. Your Opportunity: In KPMG, we work closely with the Financial Services industry leading clients to help them improve productivity and profitability as their needs evolve. This is an opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge and relationships to uncover potential clients who have a need for tech enabled transformation, that can benefit from the Connected Solution. The successful candidate will work with multiple Engagement Partners and Directors to qualify leads and serve as the primary point of contact for coordination of sales governance activities within Consulting and Alliance Partners. Develop relationships with key buyers to enable KPMG clients’ transformation Lead deal shaping sessions for the Industry to develop innovative solutions, differentiated value propositions and deal shapes to drive transformational value and growth Provide client and Industry specific input and insight into the response planning and win themes Generate new opportunities through leveraging KPMG alumni, Board Leadership Centre, Alliance relationships and other stakeholder relationships with clients and potential clients Work with marketing to create digital outbound campaigns and joint digital outbound campaigns with Alliance partners Support opportunities from qualification to deal close and through delivery.
