Preferred qualifications for this role encompass a high level of proficiency in utilising various IT applications essential to the sales team. This includes expertise in navigating sales databases, records management systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Highly Desirable High-level skills in the use of IT applications relevant to the sales environment (such as sales databases, records management systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications) Must possess a Drivers' licence, Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card and a First Aid Certificate. Prior experience in frontline client service within a sales environment is highly desirable. This involves effectively managing enquiries and providing exceptional service to customers, whether it be through phone conversations or in-person interactions. Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until 14 November 2024.
