Preferred qualifications for this role encompass a high level of proficiency in utilising various IT applications essential to the sales team. This includes expertise in navigating sales databases, records management systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Highly Desirable High-level skills in the use of IT applications relevant to the sales environment (such as sales databases, records management systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications) Must possess a Drivers' licence, Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card and a First Aid Certificate. Prior experience in frontline client service within a sales environment is highly desirable. This involves effectively managing enquiries and providing exceptional service to customers, whether it be through phone conversations or in-person interactions. Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until 14 November 2024. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. This position is part-time at (16:00) hours per week and the full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata.
