Position Information Cabramatta High School is a comprehensive, coeducational high school located in Southwest Sydney. The school has a total student population of over 1500 students and includes an Intensive English Centre and Support Unit. 96% of students are from a language background other than English, with fifty-five cultural groups represented in the school. Selection Criteria Approval to teach Business Studies and Legal studies. Approval and/or willingness to teach Economics, History (7-10) and Geography (7-10). Demonstrated ability to develop high quality, engaging and challenging differentiated programs to meet diverse student learning and well-being needs, including the needs of high potential and gifted students, English as Additional Language/Dialect and students needing additional support. Ability to design, implement, and evaluate high quality teaching and learning programs and assessments that improve learning outcomes for diverse learners. Well-developed communication and inter-personal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a dynamic faculty, whole school and the wider community. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
