As a Support Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the team, providing essential support and contributing to their success. Role Overview: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals. You’ll be mentored and trained on a suite of applications, including various COTs (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics, and AEM. Your interactions with clients will be direct, making excellent communication and customer service skills essential. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and Prioritize: Keep a close eye on the assignment group queue, ensuring timely completion of tasks within your skillset. User Support: Assist end users with their inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service. Learn from the Best: Shadow experienced team members, absorbing their knowledge and expertise. System Familiarization: Dive into our systems, becoming proficient in their operation. Your Experience and Qualities: Entry-Level Enthusiasm: You may be fresh out of university or have limited experience, but your passion for technology and eagerness to learn are what matter most. SharePoint Exposure: Familiarity with SharePoint Administration, Dynamics, or AEM is required. Windows Server Basics: A foundational understanding of Windows Server administration will serve you well. Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with IIS, Active Directory, and Exchange-to-SharePoint interactions. People Skills: As you’ll interact directly with clients, being personable and having strong communication skills are essential. Education: An IT degree or diploma is beneficial but not mandatory.
