About the Role We are currently recruiting for 2 Student Wellbeing & Administration Officers. The Trinity College Pathways School offers courses which prepare high achieving international students for undergraduate entry into the University of Melbourne and other leading Australian universities. The wellbeing component of the Student Wellbeing and Administration Officer will be at its core. With the support of the Manager, Student Wellbeing, part of this role will be responsible for offering high level wellbeing guidance and assistance to international students. The successful incumbent is expected to perform high volume administrative tasks on a day to day basis. Skills & Experience To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience in providing wellbeing support to international students preferably in an Australian education setting. You will also need to have strong administrative skills, with the willingness and ability to be able to learn new systems, processes and relevant legislation that are applicable to international education providers. You will have excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to effectively communication and liaise with staff, students, parents, Under 18 care provider and agent. Contract Type: Full time, ongoing position.
