They are currently looking to hire an experienced Contract Administrator looking to take the next step into Project Management in the near future. This role is office and site based, located in the bustling Bayside area, close to all the best pubs and cafes About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the complete project cycle, engaging in High-end Luxury projects from Design, Estimating, Contracts Administration, Project Coordination, Site Management, through to OHS. You'll gain invaluable Project Management experience and the satisfaction of witnessing your projects from inception to completion. We're seeking an individual with: 2 - 4 years of construction experience, in High-end luxury residential construction within Australia. A solid grasp of local construction processes, contract administration, and bonus points for estimating experience. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. The capacity to thrive both independently and as a team player. A valid driver's license and a willingness to attend project sites 1-2 times per week as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Contracts Administration: Assist in preparing and managing contracts, including subcontractor agreements and change orders, while ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations. Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Work closely with the Director to keep projects on track. Estimating: pricing and quoting subcontractor rates Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, while updating project records as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure project quality standards are met through regular inspections and adherence to quality control processes. Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
