As a kaiako you will work with children of all ages to create stimulating, creative and inspiring learning environments About us: Picture a place where your little one gets to explore, create, and learn through play and collaboration. In our Reggio Emilia-inspired centre, our Kaiako act as facilitators, guiding children's learning and supporting their interests and ideas. The environment is designed to be sensory-rich, with natural materials and open-ended resources. We love being apart of our community and going on regular excursions to places such as ST Andrews Resthome, Cambridge Library, House of Wonder Vegetable Garden and more About You: Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum would also be high on the list of skills we are looking for.
