Administration Area Lead - Adelaide — Como, South Perth Area

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration leader, to lead a team of enthusiastic administration professionals Administration Area Lead Full Time - Ongoing Location - Based in our Central Adelaide Hub (Mile End), you'll lead the administration team across our Northern, Central and Southern Adelaide Hubs Salary - $35 - $40 per hour (depending on experience) Everyday Independence has been experiencing rapid growth across Australia, which will continue well into 2024 We are now on the hunt for a productive and emotionally intelligent Administration Area Lead, who will implement and deliver best practice procedures in scheduling participant appointments. In this role you will be overseeing the coaching, training and performance of the administration team, including KPI monitoring. You will have scheduling accountability and caseload monitoring, whilst providing support to the region by promptly scheduling appointments for participants. As a natural leader you with foster strong working relationships as well as influence outcomes with key stakeholders. You will play the key role in ensuring that Hubs adopt a consistent approach to scheduling, therapy plans and productivity of therapists and manage the functionality across the allocated region to ensure key performance measures are met. Demonstrated experience in leading a team, providing coaching and support to team members Demonstrated experience in a relevant administration role (minimum 2 years, ideally within the Disability sector) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders Able to work within a compliance and regulatory framework Possess a strong participant and family focus, ensuring a positive and tailored service experience Who Are We?
