Position Information Elizabeth Macarthur High School is a partially selective high school in NarellanVale with 1389 students, including 67 Aboriginal students and 20% English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) students. The school has a mission statement that is at the centre of all processes and practices, "Shaping the future by pursuing excellence and creating boundless opportunities”. The school has a learning platform that includes 4Matt, Gerric and Glasser and has strong curriculum links with its feeder primary schools. The school has a trade training centre as well as links with local universities and is involved with many community of schools partnerships with other high schools Selection Criteria Approval to teach Technology Mandatory and Food Technology Demonstrated ability to program and deliver innovative and engaging lessons that create a positive learning environment. Demonstrated ability to improve outcomes for all learners including students with additional needs and high performing and gifted students.   Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.   Ability to work in faculty and whole school teams.
