We are currently recruiting a Cleaner for Home Hill home Casual Roel View to pick up additional shifts as required Cleaning experience is a must What you'll bring: Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift Interacting with the residents in friendly, helpful and positive manner Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility. Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care or Aged Care environment; or the willingness and motivation to learn Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission. Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents. About you As a collaborative member of the team, you will possess: Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care or Aged Care environment; or the willingness and motivation to learn Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. A positive attitude and a compassionate approach to elderly residents. Understanding and adherence to infection control practices.
