We are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together' model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families. What does your new role look like? Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care About you Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
