Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching, loading and delivering of concrete, participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment. Your day will involve: Delivering concrete to customer sites and partnering with clients effectively to maintain service Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts General yard housekeeping and maintenance What are we looking for? HR drivers licence A current FEL and Forklift ticket will be highly regarded or training/licences can be provided Sound computer literacy working with multiple systems and safety reporting Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required What's on offer?
