The Role and responsibilities Working as part of the leadership team of a large structural engineering group: You will be afforded the opportunity and responsibility to influence growth and company direction You will be one of the 'faces' of the business and will be responsible for fostering, nurturing and growing relationships with clients You will lead projects and will therefore be responsible for all aspects of their delivery - from budget control to resource allocation and ultimately the timely delivery of high quality and cost effective designs. You will be responsible for resource planning and strategically growing your team The Requirements This is a role with outstanding immediate and long-term growth & development opportunities.
