As National Sales Manager for ING’s Residential Mortgage Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Tribe Lead, Mortgages, you’ll be responsible for formulating and executing the business unit strategy, ensuring that you are constantly reshaping the team and reinvigorating activity in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. What you’ll do Support the Tribe Lead, Mortgages in formulating and executing the business unit strategy, utilising strong influencing and interpersonal skills Develop and implement a robust broker sales and service strategy to drive consistent national engagement and achieve production and portfolio growth targets in ING’s residential mortgage business, requiring excellent oral and written communication skills Lead the broker marketing, communication, and events strategy within the broker channel for residential mortgages, while building strong working relationships at all levels of the organization Establish and oversee effective sales, credit processes, and training programs to educate and empower our team, fostering a high-performance broker sales and support team on a national scale with strong time management disciplines Monitor broker sales performance and results closely, providing frequent reporting to capture insights for future enhancement and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with senior leaders within ING and the industry to ensure exceptional satisfaction for both brokers and customers, while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously What you’ll bring Over 10 years of residential sales management, strategy, and leadership experience in financial services Have a strong understanding of the broker industry, including compliance and regulation Proven ability to influence outcomes at all organizational levels Extensive knowledge in residential credit and B2B/B2C relationship management Have strong presentation skills to ensure professional delivery of message with impact A proven ability to motivate and lead a remote sales team with occasional travel requirements What’s in it for you?
