We are looking for a hands-on, energetic team player who can provide administrative support to Gallup’s internal and external clients. In this role: We will count on your warm reception at the front desk, on the phone, and at Gallup courses and events to leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter. You will help organize in-person courses and events in the office. You will coordinate materials, host clients, organize catering logistics and technology needs, keep the kitchen and rooms stocked and tidy, be responsible for room design setup and tear down, and more. You will orchestrate and execute project tasks for internal partners, update presentations and documents, and handle other administrative requests as needed. You will schedule calls with Gallup course participants and Gallup coaches via email and phone. Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive will be essential to your success in this multifaceted opportunity.
