Outline of Job Role Abco Products is a leading national supplier of Cleaning and Hygiene products to a wide range of Australian clients and requires an experienced Delivery Driver/ Storeman to join our QLD team in Park Ridge. We are looking for a team player with an excellent attitude who is willing to work 7am-5pm. Reporting to our QLD Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibilities will focus on the following: 1. Delivery Excellence • Safely transport goods to our customers within the designated routes and timelines. • Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring that products are handled with care. • Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle. • Enjoy a consistent work schedule with hours from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 2. Warehouse Support • Assist in pick and packing operations, order despatch, and goods receivals when not on delivery routes. • Contribute to stock movement and replenishment efforts to ensure product availability. • Participate in general stores and warehousing duties to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. About you: • Hold a valid forklift (LF) license • Ideally hold a valid HR license (not mandatory) • Have your own car and current drivers’ license • Valid work rights within Australia • Experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Are physically fit and always looking to do things better • Have a positive and ‘can – do’ attitude • Always wanting to do the right thing by the Client • Ability to pass OHS testing / assessment as well as physical, drug and alcohol testing To be considered for this position you will be required to display attributes in line with our Core Values of: • We not I (Be a Team Player) • Fast Fix (Fix it the first time around) • Own It (Follow all tasks through to conclusion) • Always Hungry (Always be hungry for more) Incentives: Abco has launched a Growth by Sharing (GBS) initiative in 2023, which is a whole-of-company bonus programme based on upside performance above our EBITDA company profit target.
