You will complete a Certificate III Business Administration qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with our Host Employer, Next Dimension Accounting, located in Miranda. Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:Perform general administrative duties and data entry tasks.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.Organize team communications and plan regular events, both internally and offsite, within budget constraints.Assist the Operations Manager and wider team with various administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently without supervision.
