Your NEXT Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Manager to join our Next Payments team within NSW, focusing on driving sales for Next Payments’ Eaglei360 product, delivering specialist product knowledge to our ever-growing client base. We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, proven performer who is prepared and eager to take on this rewarding position. With new product launches, strong business growth (170 employees currently, and we expect that number to continue to increase), and recently winning Casino and Carded Play tenders, it is an exciting time to join Next Payments The Role The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategically driving sales for Next Payments’ Eaglei360 product, providing specialist product knowledge, pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships and product efficiency. This role involves the following duties: Driving and managing sales of Eaglei360 in NSW/ACT (excluding Northern NSW) Working with current sales team covering NSW. Engagement with all current and new sites in the region. Liaising with internal software development team, HQ product manager, customer success team & executive management of Next Payments. Overseeing communication from the industry to product team. Overseeing all commissioning of the product. Client follow up, ensuring ongoing efficient operation of the product. Awareness, reporting and conducting research on industry regulatory movement and competitor changes. Establishing strategy, pricing, marketing, and budgets with Sales Manager - NSW Building custom presentations Training and updating internally to sales representatives of Next Payments. Connecting with Clubs NSW & AHA NSW teams and present at regional tradeshows. Expectation of 30 to 40 agreements per annum (with significant sales derived from trade shows). About You Excellent PC skills, proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook and MS PowerPoint and Excel, in particular). Previous experience with a CRM program desirable (Salesforce). Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Delivering sales results and meeting customer expectations. Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written. Building and maintaining relationships Relating and networking Adapting and responding to change Driver’s licence required.
