Administrative Support Officer — Warrnambool, Warrnambool Region

Who we are looking for We have a 12-month full-time position for an Administrative Support Officer located in the Warrnambool office offering a generous salary of $63,309 to $68,692 p.a plus superannuation. Job Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll be Administering the fleet system including fuel cards, service, maintenance, and e-Tag systems. Administering the stationery supplies held at each of our facilities. Ensuring all levels of personal protective equipment and uniform issues are managed and maintained. Liaising with suppliers. Creating purchase orders and ensuring invoices are processed. Providing administrative support to exective team members, committees, and the Corporate Services Branch. Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring We're looking for someone with Demonstrated experience in administrative support to a team. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills. Excellent IT skills. The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets. A high level of attention to detail and the provision of excellent customer service.
