22/03/2024 EAP Teachers INTO Newcastle University Fixed-term contracts for 6 & 10 week PSE courses Full-time (37.5 hours p/week) £31,773 INTO Newcastle University are opening applications for highly motivated EAP professionals, to join us on a full-time basis to support our 6 & 10 week Pre-sessional English courses - all delivered in person, at INTO Newcastle University. A full induction and set of in-house teaching materials are provided for each of the courses. You will need to be an exceptional teacher, able to provide academic and pastoral support to international students, and preferably have experience of having taught and assessed English for Academic Purposes previously, ideally on a Pre-sessional programmes. Requirements Degree with preferred CELTA certificate, we do accept other equivalent experience and quals, such as PGCE. DELTA or Masters in TESOL desirable. Location: INTO Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7RU. Dates - 6 weeks: Monday 24th June to Friday 6th September 2024 (including a 1-week induction period) 10 weeks: Monday 22nd July to Friday 6th September 2024 (including a 1-week induction period) Application Process: Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
