The Opportunity We’re seeking a skilled and flexible Administrator to support our Chairman and CEO office team. This position will be based in the Perth office on a permanent full-time contract. As part of the executive administration team, this role is expected to support all aspects of their role, with particular emphasis on the Chinese stakeholders. You will deliver an excellent standard of corporate customer service. This busy and diverse position will be responsible for: Providing effective external and internal communication between Chinese stakeholders, executive management committee and key support staff. Administrative tasks including reporting drafts, support for events, presentations, and meetings. Translation assistance and translation quality control to all departments across the business primarily our Corporate Affairs and Human Resources departments. Ensuring VIP visitors are shown excellent level of service, including responding to enquiries and tours of our office and operational mine site when required. To be successful in the role you will have: Tertiary qualification majoring in language, translation, communication or other related disciplines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), fluent in English and Mandarin with native or close to native level of English proficiency. Previous experience in an administrative role with excellent organisation skills. High cross-cultural awareness. Solid IT skills and ability to navigate various databases. Ability to deal with and resolve a high volume of queries efficiently. Personally, you will have great communication skills, be a flexible team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
