Here at K&S, our people are our pillars The Exciting Opportunity We have a great opportunity for an experienced Multi -Combination Road Train Driver with current Dangerous Goods Licence to join our Darwin based operation. K&S Energy supply a number of blue-chip customers such as Viva Energy and Ampol with bulk petroleum fuels across the NT and WA via our fleet of single, double, triple, and quad tankers road trains. This is a rewarding opportunity for those ready to step into fuel tankers and will provide a wide range of experiences such as service station deliveries, commercial and industrial customers, remote locations, and the supply of aviation fuels to airports across the NT and WA. The role requires candidates with the demonstrated ability to operate to very high safety and compliance standards, in terms of chain of responsibility legislation and internal and customer procedures. Hours can vary over a rotating roster driven by customer operational demands, however the operation does provide certain flexibility as required. Licences and Experience: Current and valid MC Licence Dangerous Goods Licence Safe Load Program accredited Previous fuel delivery experience operating triple/quad road trains highly regarded Work in similar industries e.g. LPG, Chemicals highly regarded Knowledge of the local and long-distance NT/WA road networks Additional Criteria: Driver to demonstrate strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance Ability to operate in a professional safe and compliant manner Must follow company procedures, including hazard identification, near miss and incident reporting processes Professional presentation and meticulous about fleet presentation Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to use electronic tablet equipment Why join the K&S Team?
