Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs. Maintain and expand relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. Forecast sales, develop a budget for the region and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. Compile and analyse sales figures, preparing detailed reports. Provide support to the external sales teams Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and inform customers and team members about new offerings. Address potential problems and brainstorm potential improvements by staying aware of market trends and competitor activities.
