We are currently seeking a Administration Officer to join our dynamic Mining Operations team based from our Head Office in South Bank, Brisbane. Additionally, you will: Coordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to project sites Coordinate all travel and accommodation arrangements for team members when necessary. Managing mobilisation/rostering of employees including Co-ordinating and booking flights, travel and accommodation for all employees and staff. Establish and maintain a highly effective and confidential record-keeping system for both physical and electronic documents, with appropriate archiving as required. Provide ad hoc administrative support which includes handling reporting duties and team administration. Ensure the utmost integrity and confidentiality, particularly when dealing with sensitive tender documentation. About You We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent system skills and experience in administration to join our team. In this role, you will foster strong working relationships with internal customers, ensuring effective communication between departments. You will also provide support to achieve department objectives and celebrate team accomplishments and play a vital part of our team's growth and achievements. Additionally, you have: Proven customer service experience, with a commitment to maintaining high customer service standards and the ability to quickly build positive and trusting relationships over the telephone or in person. Administrative experience, including organisational, managing logistics, communication skills and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, problem solve and exercise sound business judgement to develop solutions and make decisions as appropriate for the scope of the role as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced ability in Excel. Knowledge of Financial packages, preferably JDE, is desirable. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Exceptional planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Strong ability to work as part of a support team and adapt to changing stakeholder requirements.
