As a Finance Lease Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with our Finance, Legal, and Property Teams. Your pivotal role involves managing lease documentation, conducting market assessments, and fostering relationships to ensure successful leasing outcomes. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Manage lease documentation, including new lease activations and lease variations. • Conduct market assessments to inform lease negotiation strategies. • Collaborate with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with leasing regulations. • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders to facilitate successful leasing outcomes. • Prepare lease-related reports and documentation for senior management review. Are you someone with? • Prior experience in lease administration within finance or property (required). • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or related fields (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with leasing regulations or willingness to learn. • Ability to secure leasing deals is advantageous. • Proficiency in MS Office platforms. • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. • Strong relationship-building and time-management abilities.
