As a Finance Lease Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with our Finance, Legal, and Property Teams. Your pivotal role involves managing lease documentation, conducting market assessments, and fostering relationships to ensure successful leasing outcomes. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Manage lease documentation, including new lease activations and lease variations. • Conduct market assessments to inform lease negotiation strategies. • Collaborate with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with leasing regulations. • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders to facilitate successful leasing outcomes. • Prepare lease-related reports and documentation for senior management review.
