The Role Lead and manage project teams through the entire project lifecycle, applying and developing technical skills to creatively address complex engineering problems. As the face of the consultancy, cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and project partners, ensuring repeat business and new opportunities. As a senior member, contribute to business strategy and planning initiatives based on your interests and skills. Guide and mentor team members, navigating project challenges to achieve successful outcomes. The Responsibilities As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will be given a high level of autonomy on your projects. You will manage multiple projects at any one time and be heavily involved with all stakeholders. You will also guide and mentor junior members of staff. This is a role with a high level of control over your projects, so you will be involved in all stages - from concept and tender design through to final delivery.
