As a Waste Collection Driver, you will be working with a close-knit team of experienced drivers, and as our waste delivery driver you will undertake a variety of tasks in waste collection (including commercial, litter bins and domestic rubbish, recycling, and verge).You will also be returning waste bins and undertaking maintenance of bins including collecting any damaged bins and delivering replacements/cleaning as required.This is a varied role, and one that plays a huge part of keeping the City of Melville clean, safe, and beautiful.About You:You have experience as an HR driver, with a good driving history.You are reliable and enthusiastic, with a great attitude.You are comfortable with driving set routes and have map reading and navigation skills.Experience in waste collection in an urban environment is highly regarded.Side-arm experience is highly regarded.Experience in waste fleet management, including lift arm cleaning, greasing maintenance, and defect identification is highly regarded.
