About The Project: John Holland is GoldlinQ's nominated design and construction contractor for GCLR3, to extend the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads, including eight new light rail stations, two new light rail-bus connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment. Your Role: The John Holland Gold Coast Light Rail is currently sourcing a Plant & Equipment Administrator based on site at Broadbeach. As a Plant & Equipment Administrator, you will assist in the coordination and administration of plant & equipment management for the project ensuring plant and equipment services are efficient, responsive and at best cost. Your key responsibilities include; Data entry and updates within the designated systems for: Plant onboarding and compliance (3SD) Maintenance and repair scheduling (Maximo) Utilization and invoice management (Work diary and PPW) Coordination of plant and equipment support with construction and engineering teams. Review and processing of invoices for plant and equipment hire. Follow up on plant and equipment forecasting to ensure relevant pre-requisite purchase requisition and orders are in place. Liaison with service suppliers on plant and equipment matters to include but not limited to: Documentation. Invoicing and proof of service. Coordination of plant deliveries and returns. Maintenance and equipment swaps. Generation of plant and equipment reports as required and or directed. About You: 2-5 years previous administration experience preferably in a similar role. Contracts administration. Be a good communicator. High competency in the use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook. Accurate data entry. Maintain a positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to think, adapt and learn in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Manual Licence for out of office duties.
