About the Opportunity: The Rostering and Administration Officer will join at an exciting time as we launch our new Lighthouse model at Woolooware Shores. Under this new model, we will provide the option for higher care services (including Home Care Packages) in our retirement living villages to help residents remain in the comfort of their homes for longer. This is an exciting new pilot project that if successful, will be run across our 25 retirement villages. About the Role: The Rostering and Administration Officer will help provide an outstanding service for residents of Woolooware Shores by supporting the Care Team with service scheduling, administrative tasks and resolving resident queries. Other key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Ensures that all enquiries, administration, resident onboarding and general duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure an outstanding customer service is provided to all residents and staff. Triaging resident enquiries, resolving where possible or referring the enquiry to the appropriate division. Ensure all client information and records are accurately documented and maintained. About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join this team and exciting pilot project. The ideal candidate will have a mix of the following attributes: Experience in community based Aged Care or Disability services is highly desirable. Demonstrated skill using rostering and call centre systems and applications. Excellent customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with proven time management skills.
