Due to expansion and growing business, they need a Wholesale Inside Salesperson to further drive the business in their existing customer base and find new opportunities too Job Description: Seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative ( Wholesale) - Customer Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting wholesale customers and warm leads to drive sales and generate orders. This is a winning team with a relaxed and fun environment within which to work - hands on , creative and passionate Responsibilities: Customers : Proactively reach out to existing wholesale customers and warm leads via phone calls to introduce new and established collectables with the goal of generating sales and securing orders. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalised service, addressing their needs and preferences, and offering tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Sales Generation: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers, influencing them to make purchases and up sell additional items to increase order value. Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, including recording customer information, product details, and payment processing, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment and delivery. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to confirm order details, provide order status updates, and address any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring a positive and seamless purchasing experience. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and order value. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including Gundam model kits, diecast models, slot cars, puzzles, RC, LEGO, and more, to effectively educate customers and promote sales. Requirements: Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively. Knowledge of hobby-related products and industries is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about our product offerings is essential.
