Our South Australian Building Services team in the Building Engineering group has a significant opportunity for a passionate, accomplished Lead Electrical Engineer (Technical Director level). You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as a Project Director/key contributor across a variety of large-scale education, infrastructure, health, data centres, transport, defence, and other building project types. Working closely with our Business Group Leader, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high quality deliverables that are on time and on program. Providing technical expertise through design, documentation and construction phase services on projects. Direct client engagement during delivery and an active involvement in winning work, developing strong, long-lasting client relationships. Provide leadership, guidance and coaching, and feedback on performance to design engineers. What would you bring to the team? 12 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, specialising in Building Services with knowledge and experience with Australian codes/standards and local regulations. Previous technical expertise, leadership and mentoring experience. Proven success in pursuing and winning work; you enjoy being in a client-facing role and developing your network. Able to manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Sophisticated communication skills with a supportive and engaging manner. Coordinated design in the Revit environment, and competency with industry standard software (MS Office, Navisworks, BIM 360, PowerCAD, AGI32, Bluebeam). Knowledge of high voltage design is desirable.
