Fixed term contract until 31st Dec 2024, based in Gosford, NSW Salary from $70,694K super, plus benefits About the Role This role is responsible for the delivery in a range of administrative services to support efficient and effective claims operation to the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme and its Claims Service Providers across NSW. Our People Awards - On-the-spot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Access to our Employee Assistance Program Duties It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Claims Administration Assistant you will: Provide a range of administration and processing support services, including document exception handling, new claim registration, records management, routine financial transactions and correspondence to support the effective operation of Personal Injury claims across the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme and its NSW Claims Service Providers. Work closely with our partners, like employers and injured workers, to give them the best support for their claims. Build and maintain human centric relationships with external and internal stakeholders by providing excellent customer service via phone and email. Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform quality decision making. Complete routine financial transactions ensuring compliance to regulatory, legislative and icare requirements. Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information and customer satisfaction. Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible. Skills & Experience Previous administration experience in workers compensation is desirable. Experience in dealing with various systems and databases.
