Role description This position will primarily support participants with their journey navigating allied health and outpatient services. You will be required to perform administrative duties for our Community Services Team in order to deliver effective, client centered intake services for Dhelkaya Health in line with service funding and guidelines. On a typical day you might be assisting clients with queries regarding available services, providing information about the assessment process and facilitating access to services. There will also be the usual admin duties to include, data entry, filing, photocopying, responding to emails, processing client invoicing, fee collection and receipting. Rostered hours will between 7:30am and 6pm weekdays. About you The successful applicant will have excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills. You'll be comfortable navigating your way round the Microsoft Suite, along with other cloud-based systems, CIMS, Medical Software Packages and Patient Resource Databases would be an advantage.
