About the role TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in Wall and Ceiling Linings to join our team of teachers in a casual position based at TAFE NSW Maitland Campus. The role of the TAFE Teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidates in this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes. About You You are a passionate and engaged individual who holds relevant qualifications and experience in Wall and Ceiling Linings and adult education. You have a customer focused approach, with demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and your ability to facilitate adult learning. Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First. We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals who have the ability to meet the following Essential Requirements: Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Linings or equivalent experience and skill. Minimum five years post-qualification experience, gained no longer than five years ago Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency VET knowledge and skills Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals To find out more about the role, click to view the Position Description .
