Rare opportunity for an experienced Office & Tender Administrator to join a close knit team in Eight Mile Plains. As a result of a retirement, our client is searching for a skilled Office & Tender Administrator to join their close-knit and tenured Brisbane team. They are seeking a self-motivated candidate to take ownership of the day to day operations of the office and also to provide executive support to the General Manager. The Role Ensure the business daily operations and functions run smoothly and efficiently Provide administrative support to the General Manager as required, including assistance with tender submissions, drafting documents and preparing presentations Arranging Travel and Accommodation for the General Manager, Finance & Overseas Staff HR support for Onsite Staff Liaise with HQ overseas for monthly reporting and promotional material Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment and environment.
