Responsibilities: Warmly welcoming customers and scheduling appointments. Handling general administrative tasks and banking duties. Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses based on optometrist recommendations. Facilitating the delivery and handover of glasses. Providing support to optometrists, including training on specialized equipment. Entering data and generating regular reports using the Practice Management System. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is a must. Previous experience in optometry and optical retail. Impeccable personal presentation. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Punctuality and reliability. Strong ability to connect with customers.
