One of our clients within the retail and supermarket sector is seeking an experienced NOC Network Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 Month contract. The NOC Network Engineer will be a key team member in the transformation of the organisations WAN network. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing the evolution of organisations WAN network and perform upgrades and resilience improvements Support a wide variety of network technologies such as Wi-Fi, SDA, SDWAN, ACI & telephony Provide Level 2 operational support for organisations entire fleet Perform network monitoring, Incident, Problem and Change Management Provide technical Incident Management and ongoing operational support Key Skills and Experience: Experience working in Network or Support role focusing on customers Demonstrated experience with Cisco technologies; SDWAN, SD-Access, Data Centre Switching, ACI, WAN, LAN, WIFI or Voice In depth understanding of network concepts (LAN/WAN/routing/switching) Experience delivering data telco/ NBN Services Strong experience in CCNP or Equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Abuk Mawn on 0380807265 quoting reference 261365 .
