Administrator and Accounts OfficerLocation: Burnie Contract length: 4 months Hourly rate: $35 - $38 per hour super Responsibilities: Administration: Handle general administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Reception/Front Office and Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service. Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Managing Maintenance Requests: Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and upkeep of facilities. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) preferred but not required. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
