An exciting new temporary opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer. Your new company Our clients, a not-for-profit organisation, based in the western suburbs are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Administration Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all property-related matters, including unit setups, intakes, lease management, rental payments, and property-related administration. Your new role As a Property Administration Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating all property-related matters including unit setups, intakes, lease management, and rental payments. Providing administrative support as required by the Program Manager and Case Management team. Maintaining information and communication systems for the site and coordinating responses to issues. Coordinating repairs and maintenance of properties and overseeing contractors performing maintenance on site to ensure job completion. Purchasing supplies and equipment for both office and accommodation facilities. Maintaining all records and systems relating to accommodation facilities. Maintaining petty cash and required records and receipts for purchasing. What you'll need to succeed Qualification in Administration, Finance or related and/ or experience commensurate with the position. Significant experience in property administration and/ or property coordination. Sound understanding and/ or experience of tasks associated with property intake, such as lease coordination, rental payments, and property inspections. Ability to coordinate and assist with unit setups and intakes as required. Working with Children’s Check Driving Licence National Police Check What you'll get in return Strong written communication skills, and the interpersonal skills to maintain cohesive relationships with a team and other internal and external stakeholders.
