Overview Lookers Customer Contact Centre Newcastle Salary; £22,000 plus OTE up to thirty thousand pounds Hours: Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week on a rota basis) As a Sales Support Advisor at Newcastle Customer Contact Centre you will be working with brands including Vauxhall, Renault, Nissan, Dacia and the newly added Ora. Our Sales contact centre advisors play a crucial role in delivering Lookers first class customer experiences .This is a full-time office based role where collaboration amongst the team of advisors is essential and continual growth are key to ensuring we create a centre of excellence. As a Sales Support Advisor here at Newcastle CCC you will be reporting to Steven Bell who is a highly experienced Central Sales and Customer Service Manager. Steven along with the friendly team of advisors and team leaders will be giving you ongoing support to ensure that you have the tools needed to perform to the very best of your ability. You will also receive brand specific training which will enable you to progress within the business long term. Responsibilities Provide fantastic customer service to all customers enquiring about purchasing a vehicle Manage your own workload to ensure leads are are followed up and customers are contacted at the correct time Deal with enquiries via the telephone, email and manufacturer platforms Work towards manufacturer KPI's Provide as much detail on the enquiry to the dealership to allow a fantastic customer experience Qualifications The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, whether that be face to face or telephone based. They will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly and professional telephone manner and a good level of computer literacy. Automotive experience is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector.
