Metropolitan Cemeteries Board currently have one full-time position and one part-time position of 22.5 hrs per week available for experienced customer service professionals at the historic and beautiful Fremantle Cemetery and will also create a pool of candidates to fill future vacancies. About the role We are seeking a compassionate person to showcase our gardens, mausoleums and burial grounds, and products whilst supporting bereaved families to memorialise their loved ones. They will provide a seamless and high quality service to clients in our beautiful cemeteries. The Memorial Sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting clients in selecting, designing and coordinating cremation memorials, mausoleum crypts, gravesites and other MCB products. Given the sensitive nature of the products and services, sales are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner. About you Your strengths lie in sales and customer service environments, where you excel at assisting clients in making decisions in challenging circumstances. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique needs when handling complex and delicate memorial sales. You use initiative and act promptly to deliver excellent service to clients. You have a good eye for design, attention to detail and passion for delivering products that meet the unique needs of your clients.
