If you are looking for a step-up in your career and chance to work in a leading childcare service, this is your chance Key BenefitsSponsorship options available for eligible candidates (Terms & conditions apply)Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the educational program is evaluated regularly to reflect children's interests and learning, and this is documented accordingly.Take responsibility for sharing the household tasks of preparation, hygiene, safety, and packing away, with other educators that are related to the daily program.Effectively co-ordinate and implement the educational program to ensure it meets the needs of individual children whilst facilitating this alongside families.Essential QualificationsBachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.Essential Skills and AttributesDeep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues.Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.Desirable Skills and KnowledgePrior experience in teaching in an early childhood settings.Ensuring an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.If you aren't an exact match still apply Apply Now Please submit your resume via the "Apply Now" button which will direct you to our internal application site.
