About the role: As a Systems Administrator, your team will provide the desktop support services to internal staff that allows us to advance the way the world pays and invests. You'll be responsible for deploying new technologies as well as ensuring system performance. What you will be doing: Image, configure and deploy desktops for users Manage level 2 user support tickets from troubleshooting to resolution Support messaging services and maintaining a secure environment. Propose and implement system enhancements. Install, maintain and upgrade internal computer hardware and soft ware systems Control user access passwords Troubleshoot software and hardware issues Provide new hardware specifications to users based on application needs/anticipated growth What you will need: Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware Experience with storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools Strong analytical, problem solving, installation and maintenance skills Good communication skills and ability to relate to all stakeholders A related IT qualification is preferred 1-2 years' industry experience What we offer you: At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
