Administration Officer — Springwood, Logan Area

The role's duties will include but will not be limited to:- Meeting and greeting clients Telephone - screen and direct calls to appropriate person or take and relay messages as required. Visitor access - greet customers and other persons entering the offices and direct as appropriate to waiting area, boardroom or Broker offices -Maintain visitor log. Customer Service – handle general loan maintenance duties including –change of address, change of banking details, loan pay-out requests, loan contract details, liaising with Lenders to have requests actioned. Ensuring clients are accommodated prior to meetings Preparing meeting rooms Collecting and distributing mail Maintaining client management database Maintaining a clean and tidy office space General Office Duties What you need to be considered: Track record in time management and the ability to multitask Superb communication and written skills You will be professionally presented, mature and highly organised Have the ability to liaise with a broad range of clientele.
