About the Role The role will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative tasks. Duties Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the finance team. Assist with invoice data entry. Assist the finance team to ensure the accounts payable function is executed in accordance with the ATSICHS Accounts Payable Policy and Procedures. Administer and maintain the creditors payment function to ensure it is executed in accordance with the ATSICHS Accounts Payable Policy and Procedures. Manage the maintenance of petty cash receipts and reimbursements. Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders. Benefit Permanent full time position with starting annual salary of $59,900 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience). 11 % Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).
