Broad objective This is an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Junior School Teacher to join a supportive and collegial department that works closely with College staff to support students in Kindergarten for term 2 (long service leave cover) and Year 6 (maternity leave cover) in terms 3 and 4. Reports to Head of Junior School Qualifications, skills and experience Be an experienced Junior School Teacher with prior experience in early stage one or stage three. Experienced, effective and motivated educator with a passion for learning and teaching. Proven ability to differentiate instruction and personalise learning. Proven ability to work and plan collaboratively as a member of a team. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Resolve conflict effectively. Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Model College values. Demonstrates commitment to student safety. Be flexible and approachable. Possess strong ICT competencies. Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College.
